Cards must be completely filled out and submitted, along with a photo of the fish, to a Board Member for the fish to qualify for a derby or the annual big fish awards.
For a single day derby, it must be submitted before 9:00 pm on the derby day.
For a monthly derby, it must be submitted before 9:00 pm on the last day of the month of the derby.
Cards need to be submitted no later than 5 days after catching the fish.
